Gymba je prostě super, nedokážu si už bez ní představit práci. Má spoustu využití, samozřejmě nejčastěji se na ní stojí, ale dají se pomocí ní velice dobře srovnat záda - prostě ji položíte na zem obráceně a lehnete si tak, aby se vám srovnala bederní páteř!
Zároveň mi umožňuje i něco dělat nohama, když sedím na běžné židli, položím na ni nohy a jsem alespoň trochu aktivní, což vede k tomu, že nohy nekřížím a nebolí mě potom!
