Kolébka/podnožka pod nohy poskytuje vysoký komfort během dlouhého sezení umožňující jemný pohyb. Studie prokázaly, že nejen ženy, ale i muži mohou mít při dlouhém neaktivním sezení otoky dolních končetin a zdravotní problémy, jako jsou křečové žíly (varixy či trombózy). Masážní kolébka vybavená kuličkovými ložisky podvědomě podněcuje dolní končetiny k mírnému kolébavému pohybu. Tento houpavý pohyb zaměstnává většinu svalů dolních končetin a podporuje krevní oběh.
