Goldtouch Gel Wrist Rests Black

Product detailed description
RSI (repetitive strain injury) is a serious problem these days. Countless hours spent on our computers, tablets and smartphones have taken a significant toll on our bodies. Wrists and hands are particularly at risk as we spend our days typing on less-than-ideal keyboards and moving computer mice across the desktop without any support, often stretching our fingers to access remote keys. To avoid painful conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, it is important to supplement mouse and keyboard work with proper support. This is where gel pads under the wrist can do a great service.
Gel pads are a modern element in computer workplace ergonomics. However, not every gel pad is professional. You can recognize gel at the first touch. Goldtouch pads are completely gel, they are among the highest quality of their kind.
The gel pad is covered with Lycra fabric. A quality mat should have a wide enough hand contact area, otherwise choosing the wrong mat can damage your wrist. The weight of the arm rests on the mat. Thanks to the flexibility and cushioning properties of the gel, they prevent pressure points that can lead to more serious health problems.
