    The R-Go HE Break is an ergonomic vertical mouse with integrated break software. This smart mouse will let you know when it's time to take a break. The R-Go HE Break ergonomic mouse has a vertical position, so you automatically move the mouse with your forearm, not just your hand. This helps prevent overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. The HE Break mouse has a round shape, so your hand and wrist are in a natural, relaxed position, and is intentionally lightweight, so you need less muscle tension to move it. It fits comfortably in your hand and supports all your fingers. Are you left-handed or right-handed? We have different versions and sizes available, so the mouse fits every hand. The colored LED signals in the mouse show how healthy you are working and when it's time for a break. The mouse encourages you to take frequent breaks.
